Terms and Conditions
Payment
Payment can be made securely by debit or credit card through Paypal or Nochex. NON UK ORDERS MUST BE PAID THROUGH PAYPAL. UK orders can also be paid by Cheque/Postal Order in pounds sterling.
Despatch
We aim to despatch all goods to you within 24 hours from receipt of payment when placed on a working day (Monday to Friday) If you order after 1.30pm Friday or on a Bank Holiday, your order will be despatched 24 hours from opening. Countries outside the UK will need to allow additional time for delivery.
If your goods have not arrived 7 working days after placement of your order please contact us immediately and we will explore this with the postal carriers.
Delivery Charges
Orders up to £50.00
£1.35 1st class within the UK. £2.00 airmail Europe. £2.50 Airmail worldwide.
Orders over £50.01 will not be charged postage & packing.
Method of Despatch
Usually first class mail for UK, airmail for Europe and Worldwide.
Minimum Order Quantities
There are no minimum order quantities on our site.
Returns
Returns Policy Our policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
You have the right to cancel this agreement but this right ends 30 DAYS after the date YOU RECEIVE the products. Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your paypal account within 30 days, excluding postage & packing charges. YOU MUST RETURN the products to us and bear the costs yourself (the cost of return postage will only be refunded in situations where a statutory right is breached). We recommend that you advise us as soon possible if you wish to exercise your right to cancel. Any products returned must be received by us in the condition and in the same packaging (if possible) as when it was delivered to you.
When returning any goods for an exchange or refund it is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.

You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed ceased and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
