Yes, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have a no quibble 30 days return policy. Please just let us know, by email, what you will be returning. We also advise you obtain a proof of posting at the post office.

 

We aim to despatch all goods to you within 24 hours from receipt of payment placed on a working day (Monday to Friday) If you order after 1.30pm Friday or on a Bank Holiday, your order will be despatched 24 hours from opening. Countries outside the UK will need to allow additional time for delivery.

Alternatively you can pay by cheque or postal order in pounds sterling. You will find all the details at checkout. Items will be despatched when payment has cleared.
