- Can I return unwanted items?
Yes, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have a no quibble 30 days return policy. Please just let us know, by email, what you will be returning. We also advise you obtain a proof of posting at the post office.
- How quickly will I receive my purchases?
We aim to despatch all goods to you within 24 hours from receipt of payment placed on a working day (Monday to Friday) If you order after 1.30pm Friday or on a Bank Holiday, your order will be despatched 24 hours from opening. Countries outside the UK will need to allow additional time for delivery.
3. How can I Pay? Will my payment be secure?
Yes. You can pay by credit or debit card through Nochex (UK), Google Checkout or Paypal. This will be secure and you will see the security padlock when you get to the checkout page. Alternatively you can pay by cheque or postal order in pounds sterling. You will find all the details at checkout. Items will be despatched when payment has cleared.
4. Will you sell on my details?
Absolutely not! We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
